Charlotte loved this video of “Dosie,” as she calls Zoe. We had to watch it several times, and Charlotte started making her own kneading and slapping motions.

Ann – I love how Zoe is baking at 2. Even better – I like the apron with “Artist at Work” – we need more expressive artist like her in general. Side note: I was starting to laugh roughly around the same time the camera started laughing too – before coffee, this was actually very amusing to me.

Ah, mother guilt. I have it all the time. Charlotte and I baked cookies together last night, and she’s been talking about them all day. If I give her more, I’ll feel guilty about feeding her sugar. If I deny her, I’ll feel like I’m being too uptight (and that’ll make me feel guilty). What’s a mommy to do?
